InnerVision

Visualizing true surgical performance.
Focused on consistent patient outcomes.

Progressive inroads for foot and ankle surgeries are now within sight. The SkyOPS System is an integrated system of instruments and orthopedic plates designed to bridge each step of the surgical procedure sequentially and securely, while enabling the surgeon operative control from start to close. The intraoperative sequential build means less mechanical interchange through the surgical site, which may minimize manipulation of tissues, for a precise procedure and anatomical fit. Sky Surgical plates are designed to improve control of osteotomy correction around the great toe without joint fusion to maintain range of motion (ROM), while enabling guidance of over correction.

The SkyOPS® System, Focused on Flexibility

The Sky Surgical partnership of practicing surgeons and biomechanical engineers together visualize innovative instruments and implants that focus on better pathways to simplify foot and ankle surgery. The SkyOPS System is based on maintaining anatomic joint range of motion (ROM).

Sky Surgical has developed an innovative, proprietary line of orthopedic plating and minimally invasive surgical instruments for use in the foot and ankle surgical sector. The team at Sky Surgical enables specialists to provide patients with the goal of improved quality of life.

SkyOPS® Implant System

The SkyOPS implant system is based on maintaining anatomic joint range of motion, preserving ROM with precise, controllable surgical procedures. The plates are designed to contour to the foot anatomy in both right and left plate configurations. The medial bunion plate angle is based on anatomical consideration to serve a broader patient population. An asymmetric distal design of the medial bunion plate allows anatomic screw placement visualization for targeted bone stock fixation, while proximally the plate offers the option of two screws for fixation. The Hallux Limitus plate is intended for a dorsal approach. The implants and instruments offer precise control for triplanar correction from start through to close without joint fusion.

The SkyOPS Orthopedic Plate System is engineered to maintain patient ROM that is not possible with joint fusion. The system consists of three types of plates: 1) Medial Bunion, 2) Hallux Limitus, and 3) Dorsal Bunion. The system is also comprised of ø2.4mm screws with lengths ranging from 8mm to 30mm in 2mm increments. The screws are offered with locking or non-locking heads. All implantable components are manufactured using Ti-6Al-4V ELI Titanium Alloy per ASTM F136 or ASTM F3001.
